Ensuring The Best Experience

At Radiant Rose Beauty Room, I go out of my way to ensure all clients have the best experience possible, from the moment you arrive to the aftercare after your leave. Please take a moment to review my policies and if you have any questions, just get in touch and I am more than happy to help.

Patch Test

A patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours ahead of any eye treatments including brow tint and a lash lift or lash tint.

Please ensure to book a patch test appointment at your convenience if you are a new client, new to any eye treatments above or it has been longer than 12 months since your last eye treatment.


Treatments cannot be carried out without a patch test for insurance purposes and for client safety, which may be subject to the cancellation/no show policy if an appointment is attended without having a test prior to an eye treatment.

I will do my best to contact you if I notice you are a new client or have not booked a patch test prior to your booked appointment, but it is not always possible for me to do so. Always check your treatments before you confirm your booking to ensure you book a patch test if necessary. If you are unsure or unable to book a patch test at your convenience, just get in touch and I can help you to book the correct services. 

Late Policy

As a small business and being self employed, the day to day running of Radiant Rose Beauty Room is done solely by me. The booking system has been set up for you to be able to book at a time that is convenient for you and to allow me to be able to offer one to one appointments to make your experience as relaxing and enjoyable. 

In order to respect the time of both my clients and and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, I kindly ask that you contact me as soon as possible and we may be able to go ahead with your treatment. If you are running more than15 minutes late then your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule your appointment. As part of the cancellation policy you may incur a fee for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are important to me and are reserved especially for you and includes additional time for set up before you arrive and clean up at the end of your treatments in preparation for the next client. I kindly request for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill the missed slot and clients on my waiting list will miss the opportunity to book a service.

Booked appointments are confirmed on the day of booking via email or text and a 48 hour reminder is received by email or text because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment, especially if booked weeks or months in advance. If you are unsure of when your appointment has been booked, you can contact me using any of the details found below. Since the services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

  

I appreciate that sometimes life can get in the way and things happen unexpectantly. That's why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. 

If you need to cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your booked your appointment I will help you to reschedule your appointment on a better day and time to suit you. If you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of your booked your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation or changes made to your booked appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your appointment price.

 

No shows on the day will be required to pay the full 100% cost of the appointment.

 

If you have booked your appointment within a 24 hour period and you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your booked appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the booked appointment price.

After Hours Policy

To keep a happy work/life balance I will only respond to messages during working hours. I cannot respond right away if I am with a client because that is their time and it will be rude of me to pick up my phone during an appointment. I may not always have the time to reply between clients because sometimes the booking time given has gone over the service time and I need to clean up and set up ready for the next client. 

Please be patient, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Nail Repair Policy

If you run into any problems with your nails, there is a 4 day policy for nail repairs or replacements. I am confident in the work that I do and I always stick to the same techniques, application and routine for all clients. This way I know every time my services are consistent for all clients and if you follow the aftercare provided you will have longevity of any service given. After this time there will be a small charge for each nail repair or replacement necessary. 

All service payments are final and no refunds will be paid. If you are unhappy with your service, please get in touch and I will be happy to help and come to an understanding to resolve the problem. 

Privacy Policy

Why we collect your data?

Radiant Rose Beauty Room requires personal data from you as part of your treatment and consultation process, this includes any medications and medical conditions that may affect your treatment. The information you give will only be used as record of your treatment and kept secure.

I am required by my insurance company to keep such records for a minimum of 7 years.

Who can see your data?

The information I collect is only for use by me (Tina) for the purposes of your treatment. This information will not be shared with anyone else and is kept secure.

You have a right to request a copy of your records at any time, and can request in writing to have them deleted if you are no longer a client of Radiant Rose Beauty Room.
