What is your skin type?

Knowing your skin type will help you choose the most beneficial products to maintain and improve your skin. Not knowing can infact worsen your skin and can aggrevate existing skin conditions.

Did you know that Normal skin is actually the most rare skin type?

The type of skin you have depends on the amount of water and oil in your skin. If these are out of balance, your skin will suffer.

For example, if your skin has excess oil, it will be more prone to acne breakouts and your skin will appear shiny. If your skin is dry caused by lack of water, it will feel itchy and tight, appear flaky and even cause fine lines. Combination skin is where some areas are dry and others oily. Normal skin will have the right balance of oil and water.

There are many products out there to target each individual skin type. First step is knowing your skin type you can do this by looking in the mirror, taking an online test or consulting a dermatologist.
